| Major Objectives of Industrial Zone : |
- Our objectives is to purchase about 500 Acres of land for establishing SIMEC Industrial City with a view to accommodating more than 200 different types of export oriented industries from home & abroad especially from Japan, Europe, Australia, Hong Kong, China and other countries of the world. |

- Our intention is to develop the proposed land & to Construct the required infrastructural facilities with all kinds of supportive activities & services like educational institutions, multi-purpose auditorium, recreational centers, shopping mall/ super markets, gymnasium/ fitness center, play ground (indoor/ outdoor), health clinic/ hospitals, residential accommodation facility for employees, workers & foreigners as a model industrial city in Bangladesh.

- Our planning is to provide all kinds logistic & legal supports to the foreign investors by formation of individual company and other related works to run their business smoothly at every stage including safety & security measures. |

- Our target is to create job employment for about 0.5 million Bangladeshi people in the proposed industrial city.
- Our goal is to contribute national economy’s growth & development by exporting different products from this proposed SIMEC industrial city
- Our job is to encourage foreign entrepreneurs to come forward with these types of initiatives at private sector in Bangladesh. |

Progress of SIMEC City :
Meanwhile the location the project has been selected in Gazipur. It is about 50 KM far from Capital City Dhaka & 40 KM from Dhaka International Airport. About 500 acres of land for the city have been finalized which is under process of procurement. It is expected that the land development and infrastructural development/construction activities will be started in the year 2023. |
It is also expected that it would be possible to accommodate at least 8-10 Industries/Factories in different categories in every year. Meanwhile, about 15 foreign investors from different countries have finalized to establish their industries in the city which are under process of agreement. Foreign investors/entrepreneurs and local entrepreneurs as well are remarkably coming forward.

| This Industrial Estate is situated in Gazipur. It is only 50 KM driveway from the Capital City Dhaka of Bangladesh and 40 KM from the international Airport of the Capital City. |

It has been designed to accommodate different industries especially for textile and garments, toys, bags, shoes, automotive and auto parts, consumer products and electrical & electronics goods production.
This Industrial City will have the facilities for all kinds of required utilities like Electricity, Gas, Water, Shopping Mall, Educational Institutions, and Recreational Centers, Residential area as about 0.5 million people will work and live inside the city. |
